You don’t have to do this alone

I work one-on-one with people who feel stuck and are looking for clarity, steadiness, and a way forward—without labels, diagnoses, or dogma.

What this work is

This is private, one-on-one guidance.

This work is for people who have tried sincerely and still feel stuck, uneasy, or unhappy.

Some people I work with come from recovery backgrounds. Many do not. You do not need a label or a diagnosis. You do need a sincere willingness to look honestly at what is not working and participate in change.

In my experience, pain, conditioning, and long-standing patterns can make certain things very hard to see from the inside. This work helps you look clearly, stay grounded, and begin moving through what has felt difficult to face alone.

There are no quick fixes here.
No bypassing.
No pressure to believe anything.

Just steady guidance toward clarity, relief, and a more stable way of living.

  • You feel stuck even though you have been trying

  • You are sincere and willing to look honestly at yourself

  • You are spiritually inclined or inwardly curious

  • You want personal guidance, not therapy or a group program

  • You are open to taking responsibility without being shamed or judged

  • You are ready for something deeper than temporary relief

This work may be for you if…

This Work May not Be For You If ...

  • You are mainly looking for comfort without change

  • You want someone else to fix your life for you

  • You are unwilling to examine your own patterns, beliefs, and reactions

  • You are looking for crisis care, emergency support, or clinical treatment

  • You are not in a place to engage with honesty, consistency, and follow-through

There is no judgment in that. Readiness matters.

Before we work together

I am not here to fix anyone.

I am here to help you see clearly what you may have avoided, misunderstood, or never been given permission to face—and also what is still good, true, and alive in you.

This work is supportive, but it is not superficial. It asks for honesty, willingness, and emotional openness. It often involves questioning coping mechanisms, defensive patterns, and identities built around pain.

It can be uncomfortable. Real change usually is. But people remain trapped in unnecessary suffering when they cannot see clearly what is happening, or refuse to admit it.

If this speaks to you, you may be in the right place. If it does not, that is okay too.

How we work together

This is a quiet, structured process.

We meet one-on-one.
We move at a human pace.
We work with what is actually happening in your life, including the things that have been difficult to face alone.

I help you look honestly at what is true, especially in places where pain, fear, or old conditioning may have distorted your view.

The structure is simple, practical, and grounded in real life.

No belief system required.
No public identity.
No performance.

This work balances safety with honest pressure, insight with practical application.
The goal is not endless self-analysis.
The goal is relief, clarity, steadiness, and change.

Testimonials

  • "I thought I knew myself pretty well until I met Arjuna Das. Turns out there is a way better version of me waiting to come out but I was constantly shutting the door on her. I didn’t even realize it. Thank you for continuing to push me to open my eyes to who I really am and giving me the tools to support my own growth- and holding me accountable (that one I really don’t like but am super grateful for!) Arjuna Das is so much more than a therapist. He is giving people hope. He builds trust, confidence, and a sense of possibility that can genuinely transform your life. He helps you rewrite your story—with you—and believe me, that version of you is way more amazing than you ever thought possible-because it’s coming from a place of genuine truth and love. Do yourself a favor and take a chance on YOU. You deserve it."

By helping me help myself, he has supported me in learning how to open the doors of spiritual possibility and live in the true nature of my spirit. Arjuna Das is an exemplary model of integrity and honest spiritual quidance. I wouldn't have made it out alive without him."

  • "Do you ever feel like your actions don’t line up with your values? Like something inside you knows there’s a deeper truth, but you don’t know how to access it? That was me. I was lost, angry, and overwhelmed. I knew something wasn’t right, but I didn’t know where to turn. Through grace, I was introduced to Arjuna. Arjuna didn’t try to label me or fit me into a system. He spoke directly to what was happening inside me. He helped me see how fear was driving my behavior and showed me a different way to relate to my pain, my control, and my choices. With his guidance, I learned how to let go. I stopped trying to manage everything and began facing what I’d been avoiding. Over time, the constant tension eased, and I found a sense of clarity and peace I didn’t think was possible. My life has changed in real, tangible ways. There is a way out of the shame, grief, and confusion. If you feel stuck but know there’s more for you, reaching out may be the first step."

  • "Arjuna Das has a rare and genuine ability to help people during the most difficult moments of their lives. He supported a family member of mine through the darkest period she has ever faced. With compassion, clarity, and deep presence, Arjuna helped her find understanding and gave her practical tools to begin healing when everything felt overwhelming. Arjuna is a true servant in every sense of the word. His guidance comes from a place of humility, wisdom, and genuine care for others."

    —M.K.D.

  • "I’ve been working with Arjuna for 6-7 months and when I met him my marriage was a mess. My wife and I were living in a state of cortisol stress and I felt like there was nothing we could do. I couldn’t communicate with her and she couldn’t trust me. Every time an issue arose, I’d feel attacked and eventually throw a tantrum. I learned that this was a trauma response from my childhood and learned to start the heeling process. Now things are much more balanced, and I’m happy to say we are happy in marriage."

    —Nick P

  • "Arjuna Das helped me during a month-long yoga teacher training and pilgrimage. We met several times to discuss inter-personal challenges that arose during the spiritual retreat. By excavating the source of my unwanted behaviors, he helped me quickly find the words and actions I needed to navigate the moment with grace, humility and compassion."

    — R.A.P.

  • "My session with Arjuna Prabhu in India was a truly powerful and transformative experience. With great clarity and compassion, he helped me bring to light wounds and patterns that I had always sensed were there, but couldn’t fully put into words. The session gave me deep insight into where I need to focus my inner work and how to move forward with more awareness and responsibility. Throughout the process, I felt seen, heard, and safe. Arjuna creates a space of respect and trust that allows you to go to the core of what truly matters. He has the ability to gently guide you straight to the root, without judgment or force. I am deeply grateful for his presence, his wisdom, and the clarity this session brought into my life."

  • "Working with Arjuna Das has been a deeply transformative experience for me. Through what I can only describe as a kind of “emotional surgery,” he has helped me gently uncover character patterns, unconscious wounds, and blind spots that I had struggled to reach even through years of traditional therapy. His approach feels natural and conversational, yet profoundly precise — creating a space where deep self-reflection unfolds organically rather than forcefully. In less than two months, I have experienced a remarkable shift in how I move through my life. I’ve learned how to stop repeating self-destructive cycles, how to maintain a genuine sense of inner peace, and how to recognize and receive love without fear. Most importantly, I’ve developed new awareness and tools that help me recognize my worth and avoid situations where I might accept mistreatment. What stands out most is the way Arjuna reflects you back to yourself with clarity and compassion. He doesn’t impose answers, he helps you see your own truth. Through this work, I’ve felt a level of personal growth and self-recognition that has honestly astonished me. I’m deeply grateful for the guidance, insight, and transformational learning I’ve received, and I highly respect the depth and integrity he brings to his practice."

  • "From the very beginning, Arjuna took the time to truly get to know me — not just my surface behaviors, but my struggles, patterns, pains, and triggers. He listens deeply and responds with clarity, compassion, and precision. What makes him exceptional is his ability to give exactly the right amount of guidance at exactly the right time. He doesn’t overwhelm. He doesn’t enable. He holds me accountable in a way that feels firm, safe, and genuinely supportive. Arjuna is incredibly dedicated to this work. His commitment to this path is not theoretical — it is lived. He shows up consistently, and he is available when I truly need support. That steady presence has helped me build trust — not just in him, but in the process and in myself. Through our work together, I’ve learned how to take responsibility for my actions without collapsing into shame. I’ve learned how to care for myself in healthy ways. Most importantly, I’ve learned how to interact with others using safe and loving boundaries — something I struggled with for years. The changes in my life over just five months have been profound. My relationships are healthier. My thinking is clearer. My reactions are more grounded. I feel more stable, honest, and at peace. Arjuna doesn’t just guide you through your suffering and the blocks that keep you stuck — he teaches you how to live differently. His insight, dedication, and integrity make him an extraordinary guide. I am deeply grateful for his guidance and for the transformation that has begun because of it."

  • "There was a time in my life when I was completely lost—buried in addiction, weighed down by depression, and disconnected from who I truly was. I didn’t know how to be an adult, how to stand on my own two feet, or how to believe that my life had value. That was one of the darkest periods I’ve ever known. Arjuna Das came into my life during that darkness and helped me find my way back to myself. He didn’t just offer words or advice—he walked with me, patiently and consistently, as I learned how to rebuild my life from the ground up. He helped me see my truth when I couldn’t see it myself. He taught me what self-respect and self-esteem actually look like in practice, not just in theory. Through his guidance, I learned responsibility, accountability, and how to live with integrity. Arjuna has an extraordinary ability to see the potential in people even when they can’t see it themselves. He helped me grow up emotionally, spiritually, and practically. Because of him, I learned how to show up for my life instead of running from it. I am living proof that transformation is possible when someone believes in you, challenges you, and supports you with compassion and wisdom. Arjuna Das was instrumental in helping me rebuild my life, and I will always be deeply grateful for the role he played in my recovery, healing, and personal growth. His work changes lives—mine included"

  • "I met Arjuna and we connected immediately. I thought he was smart, empathetic, and brilliant. Then I realized he was giving counseling sessions, but as usual, I thought I did not need it. After a few days, I gave myself a chance to face a few unsolved issues, and Arjuna was there to listen. It was a cold shower — shocking and awakening — but after that, I felt clean, energized, and ready to dig deeper into myself. Arjuna is not only a wonderful person, a friend with a unique sense of humor — he has the gift to find the trigger point in our heart and help our own intelligence and compassion heal our scars.”

  • Being introduced to Arjuna Das by Ragunath was a pivotal moment in the most dysfunctional time of my life. I was told by Raghunath that Arjuna Das was the master at untying knots, and my current state of living had quite the chokehold on me. I was navigating through heartbreak, betrayal, trying to be the best mom to my two teenage boys (whose family unit was crumbling) and childhood trauma that had resurfaced due to the situation I was in. It felt as though I was in a living hell for almost 2 years. It took only a few sessions with Arjuna Das to get the clarity I needed to make the necessary changes I knew I both wanted to and needed to make in order to take control back of my life. The knot was being untangled! Arjuna Das was eager to listen to what was going on in my life while helping me break through the challenging issues that were keeping me from making the decision I knew I had to and wanted to make. With the guidance from Arjuna, Das, tools we worked on together and love for Krishna, I confidently made the decision to leave my marriage of 27 years. I have learned how to truly love myself set healthy boundaries and most importantly, how to be the best version of myself in order to be the mother my children deserved. I am forever grateful for our introduction and my association with Arjuna Das.

  • I’ve spent several years searching and exploring for different therapists and support, but have had no luck with my trauma and emotional challenges. Just as I was about to give in, I was recommended to Arjuna, and although I was a bit hesitant, the moment I reached out to him, he immediately made me feel comfortable. He connected with me and understood me in a way I had never felt understood before. It was moving, and he was really practical with me every step of the way, getting me to think about powerful questions in relation to my dilemma. Ever since that discussion, I feel so much has shifted in me. I can truly say he’s no ordinary person to work with, as he knows how to help someone get an extraordinary outcome, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of support. Thank you so much!

  • I randomly went to say hi to Arjuna Das ji and who knew it was going to turn out to be such an amazing conversation of my life, I was in a huge dilemma in my life and just one talk with him for 2 hours and I got so much freeness, I got courage to build new relationship with my partner and saw instant results in my romantic life. Thank you for your guidance, for your listening and for being committed for not only me, a random stranger but to being there for any and every one with love.
